Levels of verification

Verification process when exchanging cryptocurrencies for EUR, USD, UAH cards.

There are 2 ways of verification to receive payments on cards:

1. Verify your profile. This option is suitable for residents of the European uniоn.

2. Verify the card number. There are two ways.

2.1. Log in – sеlect ” Your payment details” section – sеlect Visa/MC from the drop-down menu – add a card number – save, click on the “pass verification” link – upload a photo as indicated the instructions.

2.2. Start exchange order with receiving a payment to the card, a link to account verification will appear, by clicking on which you can upload a photo according to the instructions.

After successful payment detail verification, you will be able to exchange cryptocurrency for a card, while your profile will remain unverified.
