The largest online store in Spain allowed the use of cryptocurrencies for the purchase of equipment.

One of the largest online stores in Spain, Telefónica (tu.com), has allowed its customers to pay for purchases in cryptocurrency. This is reported by the publication CoinDesk.

They added a similar feature using the Bit2me exchange. It’s implemented like this:

1) The user transfers his cryptocurrency to the address of the online store

2) On the internal account of the store, he exchanges cryptocurrency for euro.

3) Pays for the selected product

Currently, this feature works with cryptocurrencies such as: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, XRP, USDT and USDC.
The press service of Telefónica (tu.com) also added that before that they had decided to invest in Bit2me assets.

We remind you that in October this year, the Central Bank of Spain registered Paynote as a crypto service provider, which allows you to officially exchange cryptocurrencies for fiat (euro).
